Takedown requests
Saturday Night Find is a reference catalog for the Saturday Night Live sketch archive: it hosts no video, it re-hosts no sketch, and every video link on the site goes to the official SNL channel on YouTube.
What happens
An entry comes down as soon as a good-faith request naming it arrives and is validated. Whoever sent the request gets a reply saying what was done.
What to send
Any request needs to contain: the address of the page, a description of the material at issue, the right you assert in it, and a way to reach you. Send them to [email protected].
Good faith, not a legal claim
This process is good-faith practice, not a claim to safe harbor under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. That section protects services that host material their users upload, and this site accepts nothing from users — there is no upload for a notice to be about.
