Wayne's World Cold Open

Wayne and Garth discuss the Clintons. During the top-ten segment, a joke involving Chelsea Clinton is frequently cut in reruns, streaming services, and official online sources. This leads to number 2 on the list going unexplained. The joke was about puberty being "unkind" to Clinton, and Wayne and Garth holding on to optimism. This joke at the time received criticism from the Clintons. First appearance of Mike Myers since May 16, 1992.
