Goodnights and Closing Credits

Lindsay Lohan thanked Coldplay, Lorne Michaels, the cast and everyone for letting her host the season finale. Also in the goodnights, Horatio Sanz goofily holds up a sign that reads: “Good Luck P.P.”, as staff writer Paula Pell waves goodbye, after 10 years with the show (though she returned the next season), and is hugged by various cast members. This is the last bit of SNL to be in standard-analog definition, after 30 years, as the show jumps to HD with the next episode.
